Abbots Langley: Did a Great War Soldier Live at My House?

From the extensive research carried out by the “Back to the Front” Project over 200 houses where local Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen lived at the time of the Great War have been identified by street number or house name.

From mid-May 2018 a window sticker will be distributed to each modern day property together with an Information Pack with the stories of servicemen and women that lived at each individual house. Modern day residents are requested to prominently display the sticker in front windows or on front doors.
